How long will it take to receive my order?
Processing takes 2-3 Business days for your order to be shipped out. Processing occurs Monday-Friday. (If you ordered on Friday your order will be processed on the next business day, which is Monday.) Express Shipping Orders are 2 to 3 Business Days.
Domestic Express Shipping is 2-3 Business days depending on your location.
Domestic Regular Flat Rate Shipping is 5-7 Business days depending on your location.
International Shipping is 7-10 Business days depending on your location.
All Packages Delivery is with the USPS. Business days are Monday-Friday

After receiving a tracking email, Shipping Activity will become available after 24hrs. Please Track Your Package at www.USPS.com. Your Tracking Number will come to your email from PayPal. Please check your spam folder if you don’t see it inside your inbox. Can I make changes to my order?
To insure a quick delivery all orders are processed daily, so orders cannot to be altered or changed once your payment is complete.

When will I receive my refund?
A full refund, excluding the original shipping cost, will be issued to your original payment method after we have received, inspected and confirmed that the returned hair extensions were not opened and the Keyna's Hair Boutique security seal was not broken. Refunds are normally returned back to your bank Card within 24-48Hrs.

May I make an exchange?
Yes, you can make an exchange within FOURTEEN (14) DAYS. The Keyna's Hair Boutique Seal MUST NOT be Broken! The hair MUST NOT be unwrapped, Uncombed, Not Brushed, No fingers ran through the hair, worn, or altered in any way for an exchange!! If the hair is altered we will return the hair back to you.
All Sales are final
Address for your Exchange/Refund will be provided in your return label or in your package
Please attach a note inside your package including your order number and Reason for return!
You are responsible for all return or exchange shipping costs and we recommend that you send your return with a tracking number because Keyna's Hair Boutique will not be responsible for lost returns. We recommend that you DO NOT use UPS to send your return as they charge very high brokerage fees to clear the parcel, which we will not be responsible for.
